A R500 fully refundable key and breakages deposit is required upon check-in.
The guest warrants that he/she is duly authorized to sign and bind his principal as well as each member of his accompanying party to these terms and conditions of residence and failing such authority, he agrees to be personally liable for all amounts arising from his residence as well as the residence of any member of this accompanying party.
Booking accommodation at Sandton Executive Suites for the purpose of hosting a party is not allowed. Should management receive a complaint from other residents about noise levels security will facilitate the immediate check out of the noisy party without a refund. Deposits will be held as liquidated damages and the guest agrees hereto.
Kindly NOTE that the building is a noise sensitive building and there for, guests shall respect their neighbours’ privacy and shall ensure that neither guest, nor his/her invitees, shall not engage in any conduct that is noisy, disturbing or annoying to their neighbours.
Guests shall ensure that their visitors do not interfere with the rights, comforts and conveniences of neighbours.
In the event that guest or his/her invitees violates this provision or any ordinance or law while on the Premises, Guests shall be in default of the building rules there for the following course of action will take place :
A warning will be issued to the guests followed by a fine of R1000 along with the electricity being cut off in the apartment. The fine is payable by the guest liable for the apartment and the electricity will only be switched back on after payment has been made to the body corporate.
Should the disturbance happen again, the guest will be evicted and banned from the building.
All guests are required to obey the Body Corporate rules and regulations, and are subject to any applicable fines for breaking these rules.
On check in we request a copy of the guests ID and credit card.
A maximum of 5 visitors per room shall be allowed. Visitors are required to carry identification before access into the building will be granted.
Check in time is 14h00. Early arrivals must be cleared with reservations beforehand.
Check out time on day of departure is 11h00 am. Upon which a late departure fee will be applied. Late departure from 14h00 onwards is charged at a full night’s rate charged in accordance to the room type booked.
Any extension of stay will be strictly subject to availability at the time of request. Guests are advised to notify us as early as possible of any intended extension period.
Guests will be responsible for any losses, damage and breakages to the apartment and the inventory of furnishings and the cost thereof will be debited from the guest’s credit card or refundable rental deposit.
Smoking is not permitted in the apartments and will be subject to a fine of R1000 per occurrence. Smoking is permitted on the balcony of the apartment.
The cost of any additional services will be charged against the guest’s credit card or deposit (as applicable) unless alternative settlement arrangements are made prior to departure.
Cancellation policy Less than 7 days: No refund. Between 7 – 14 days 25% refund. Between 15 – 21 days 50% refund. Between 22 – 28 days 75% refund.
Rates are quoted per apartment per night or per month in South African Rand inclusive of VAT.
Sandton Executive Suites reserves the right to amend the rates at any time without notice.
Credit cards accepted are Visa, MasterCard, Diners Club and American Express.
A full pre-payment is required upon reservation in order to secure the reservation.
The rental rates include daily housekeeping, limited personal laundry, electricity, DSTV (satellite television), 24 hour security and parking. The cost of any additional services will be charged against the guest’s credit card or deposit (as applicable) unless alternative settlement arrangements are made prior to departure.
Kindly note that any items left behind in an apartment upon departure will only be kept for a period of 3 months. After 3 months the items will be sold to cover defray expenses.
No pets are permitted.
Irons & hairdryers are available on request. Fully refundable deposit of R200 per item will be charged.
Maximum of 2 people in a one bedroom apartment and 4 people in a 2 bedroom apartment.
The owner, its agents and/or employees is not liable for:
Any loss or damage to the property or possessions of any guest, resident or visitor, whether such damage was caused by fire, theft or otherwise, or by negligence or the wrongful act, or omission, of the owner, its agents and/or employee;
The death of or any personal injuries of whatsoever nature sustained by a guest, resident, or visitor, whether such death or injuries were sustained by the negligence or the wrongful act, or omission, of the owner, its agents and/or employee and/or the defective functioning of any apparatus.
All persons entering the premises do so entirely at their own risk.
Sandton Executive Suites shall not be liable for any loss or damage, howsoever occurring, to the parties’ person or property, despite the fact that the parties are aware of the protection which the law affords them and their dependents in relation to injuries or loss suffered in these circumstances.
The parties hereby waive, on their own behalf and on the half of their dependents and those whom they legally represent, any claim which may have arising out of injury, loss or damage occurring to themselves or their property whilst on the property.
